How enquiries are handled.
What is collected
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, optional phone number and message. These details are used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is delivered to info@lbsportsinjuryclinic.co.uk through an authenticated Zoho Mail SMTP connection made by a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker code does not store enquiry content in a database or write it to application logs. The message is handled through the intended Zoho mailbox and normal provider operations. There is no automatic reply or marketing mailing list.
Security check
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide that check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.
Your choices
